  Minor scratches due to the nature of the components are not eligible for exchange or refund.
   
• 불량 및 누락의 명확한 확인을 위해 개봉 영상 촬영이 필요하며, 개봉 영상이 없을 시 교환 및 물품 누락 접수가 불가 또는 처리 지연 될 수 있습니다.
  Unboxing video recording is required for clear confirmation of defects and omissions. Exchange or claim for missing items may not be possible or may be subject to delays without the Unboxing video.
   
• 본 제품은 한정 수량 제작으로 단순 변심에 의한 환불이 불가하며, 불량에 한하여 수령한 날부터 7일 이내에 교환 신청이 가능합니다.
  This product, produced in limited quantities, is not eligible for refunds due to simple change of mind. Exchange requests are only possible within 7 days from the date of receipt in case of defects.

교환 및 반품이 불가한 경우 (Cases where exchanges and returns are not possible)

• 상품 수령 후 7일 초과한 경우
  7 days or more have passed since you received the product.
   
• 포장이 훼손되어 상품 가치가 상실된 경우 (단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위해 포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외)
  The packaging is damaged to the extent that the value of the product is lost.
  However, this excludes cases where the packaging was damaged to check the contents of the product.
   
• 고객 과실로 인해 상품이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우
  The product has been destroyed or damaged due to customer negligence.
   
• 사용 또는 일부 소비에 의해 상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
  The product has been used to the extent that its value has substantially decreased.
   
• 시간의 경과에 의해 재판매가 곤란할 정도로 상품 등의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
  The value of the product has notably declined due to the passage of time, making resale of the product impossible.
   
• 복제가 가능한 상품의 포장을 훼손한 경우
  Reproducible parts of the product's packaging have been damaged.
